All our pieces can be sold back to us, after one year of purchase at the current rate of gold and diamonds at the time of selling.

In case the product is not how you expected, we offer an exchange for another product of the same value, or a life-time store credit in your DiAi account. You also have the option of transferring that amount into a gift card and giving it to your loved ones.

The exchange should take place within 2 days of your purchase.

You can return a piece and request a refund within 24 hours of receiving the item.

This does not apply for any custom pieces.
